Class Information

All Levels Welcome

Class will be held every Monday 7:15pm-8:15pm

First Class: Free
 Ten classes: $70.00 in advance
Drop in: $8.00
(Checks preferred. Please try to have exact change if paying in cash)

100% of the proceedes go to the temple.

Winter Weather Cancellations: All efforts will be made to hold the class unless the weather is very bad.

Not appropriate for prenatal women

Parking -

The primary lot is adjacent to the temple.

Additional parking is available as well.

If the Temple parking is full, you may park across the street next to Michael's,
which is also off RT-12.  Look for the green sign with white script

Ray also teaches at the Powerhouse gym in Webster, MA.

Private lessons are available on a limited bases. Wait time is approximately 2-3 months.
