Recommended PosesThe importance of practicing at home cannot be stressed enough; let public classes motivate you to solidify your independence. Here are two sessions for home practice. These poses will become familiar as you work with them in class. You will then be able to expand your home session more to open other areas of the body. Practicing daily is more important than the length of the practice. To reap the benefits of yoga, one should practice at least three days per week. More advanced students should be practicing four to six days as well as inverting on a regular basis.
